WELL-X-TROL PRE-PRESSURIZED
WATER TANK SYSTEM
WELL-X-TROL Professional pressure tanks redefined the industry with its advanced engineering and innovative product design including the pre-pressurized well tank, sealed-in-air charge, and unique water chamber design.
With proven performance since 1963, WELL-X-TROLL Professional continues to deliver unparalleled results making it the most trusted choice of pressure tanks in todays market. WELL-X-TROLL Professional offers many unique features that result in consistent, reliable performance, including design elements that prevent tank corrosion and reduce wear and tear on the well pump.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
EXCLUSIVE BUTYL DEAPHRAGM, along with the 100% corrosion resistant virgin polypropylene liner, are secured by a positive hoop ring seal for added strength and reliability.
STAINLESS STEEL AIR VALVE is brazed in position rather than mechanically threaded to prevent loss of air pressure and to minimize stress on the wells pump system.
DEEP-DRAWN STEEL DOMES offer twice the strength of rolled steel while minimizing weight.
UNIQUE POSITIVE HOOP RING SEAL secures diaphragm and liner for added strength and reliability.
COPPER-LINED ACCEPTANCE FITTING is silver brazed resulting in a water tight and airtight seal.
EXCLUSIVE WELDING PROCESS eliminates interior rough spots and sharp edges which prevent damage to the diaphragm and liner.
EACH FINISHED TANK is pressure tested for safety and pre-pressurized to the most common pump cut-in pressure.
EXTERIOR APPLIANCE-LIKE FINISH looks attractive while protecting the tank from the elements.
WELL-X-TROL PROFESSIONAL has a pressure tank for every pump system with sizes ranging from 2 gallons to 119 gallons so you can configure a system thats right for any application.
STA-RITE has a unique line of pressure tanks, a fiber wound tank, a steel tank and a steel epoxy lined air over water tank.
FIBER WOUND PRESSURE TANKS utilizes a durable, FDA approved air cell which is resistant to chlorine and will not promote taste or order problems associated with iron bacteria that may be present in the water supply.
Built tough for durability!! Each tank is wrapped with more than three miles of over lapping continuos fiberglass strands, sealed with high grade epoxy resin, then oven cured. Tough composite construction means longer lasting tanks that will not rust, corrode, dent or scratch.
Built tough for easy installation and service. Not only is composite construction tougher, its also more lightweight, as little as half the weight of steel tanks. Installation is faster, easier and can be handled by one person. Repairable with the tank installed.
STA-RITE PREMIUM STEEL PRESSURIZED WATER TANKS
For use in residential water systems, industrial, commercial and agricultural settings. There is a stainless steel service connection, metal air valve assembly and operating pressures from 120, 200 and 220 psi.
The shell is a heavy gauge steel with a base of high impact composite. 16 and 20 tanks are polypropylene and the 24 tanks are ABS. The finish is electrostatically applied, baked on polyester paint. The water cell is a one piece seamless PVC, made from FDA listed material. With a nickel plated brass air valve, threaded for ease of service, rusting is no problem.

MYERS
PRESSURIZED DIAPHRAGM TANKS
MYERS DIAPHRAGM TANK features a shell constructed of light weight drawn steel with epoxy finish for extra corrosion resistance. The air charge valve is replaceable and is conveniently located and pliable for safe, easy operation.
A strong and flexible Butyl Diaphragm assures dependable tank service over entire pressure range. The Diaphragm Seal consists of locking retainer ring for positive separation of air and water. There is a corrosion resistant base which rotates for ease alignment to pipe connections. A plastic lining is permanently bonded to inner shell for protection against rust in the water reservoir.
